What we collect
When you register interest, we collect the name and email you submit; your self-described role, portfolio size, country, and any optional contact, region and challenge information. Technical security checks may process your IP address to prevent automated abuse.
Why we collect it
We use your information to understand demand for Estavique, assess pilot suitability, contact you about early access, and respond to your enquiry. Registering does not create a paid subscription or guarantee a place in the pilot.
How we handle information
Registration information is intended to be stored in a restricted Cloudflare-hosted database and processed by infrastructure service providers. We restrict access to authorised Estavique operators. We do not publish registration data or sell your details. Where email delivery is enabled, limited contact information may be shared with the transactional email provider solely to send relevant messages.
Retention and your choices
We keep early-access enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess and contact prospective participants. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask not to be contacted further, by emailing hello@estavique.com. Requests are reviewed subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Security and cross-border processing
Infrastructure and service providers may process information outside your country. We use appropriate technical controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit confidential tenant records or identity documents through this enquiry form.

We may update this notice as the service develops. This page covers early-access enquiries only; a separate full service privacy policy will be provided before live customer onboarding.
